Description:
A fast growing, great tasting hybrid variety that can be used as mild baby leaves or full flavoured mature leaves. Slow to bolt which makes it a great performer across a range of climates. It is suitable for quick crops in patio containers or pots. The nutritious leaves are rich in Vitamin C and iron.
Winner of an RHS Award of Garden Merit for reliability and good performance.
How to Grow:
Sow thinly 12mm (1/2in) deep in rows 30cm (12in) apart. Cover with a fine layer of soil and firm gently. Keep soil moist. Seedlings appear in 14-21 days. Thin out to 30cm (12in) apart. Baby leaves should not require thinning if sown thinly. Keep moist and weed free. Sow at 3 week intervals for succession crops.
