Allium Drumstick (Allium sphaerocephalon) has small vibrant flower heads that change from green to a red-purple. Usually flowering in the lead-up to Christmas these stunning little performers are great in the garden or vase.

Alliums are striking ornamental flowers that will begin to flower towards the end of Spring as the foliage is dying down. Being made up of many smaller flowers, the flower heads will last for weeks in your garden or vase. Alliums prefer a full sun position in well drained soil. Their elegant statuesque flower heads are great for bringing a little elegance to your garden, and their long life makes them perfect for cut flowers. Alliums are an easy to grow bulb, requiring little water once established. Mid to late Spring flowering.
