Our Dahlia Wine & Roses Collection (Dahlia hybrid) has 1 each of ten varieties (separately labelled):

Black Embers – A beautiful Waterlily type featuring showy deep crimson blooms with a black centre.

Seagull – Delicate petals of the softest pink shading down into a creamy yellow centre, this Waterlily type creates a soft pastel highlight.

Gambier Jane – A striking tri-colour Decorative variety.  Creamy white centres with plum tips and pink edging creates a beautiful combination of colours.

Dainty Sue – A miniature Decorative type with rose gold petals shading down to lemon centres.

Shirley Yeoman – A bright and cheery Ball type featuring petite blooms of bright candy pink.

Purex – An unusual Anemone type with cyclamen purple flowers looking all the world like a peony rose bloom.

Rose Fletcher – A delicate and feminine Cacti type with soft pink blooms with a hint of cream in the centre.

Pride of Place – A stunning and unusual Pompone variety featuring deep red to burgundy ball shaped blooms.

Edinburgh – Dramatic purple blooms that are tipped with white Make this Ball type a real feature.

Grenadier – A beautifully shaped Waterlily type with flowers of glowing deep red.

These brightly coloured favourites are a must in every sunny garden. Dahlias come in a number of different flower types, all with very different characteristics, but the one thing they all have in common is that they all have striking blooms in a multitude of different shapes and sizes. Their long lasting displays and great vase life makes all Dahlias a real favourite for cut flowers.

Dahlias prefer a full sun to part shade position, and are also ideal for pots and containers. Flowers usually take 120 days to bloom once planted, and with deadheading will flower for months from summer into autumn.
